ADHD Translator Inc. (“we,” “us”) built this app to respect your privacy. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

What We Collect

Account information. The app requires a free account. We store your email address, an account ID, and two daily counters (translations and Anchor messages used) so your Pro status and daily limits follow you across devices. We ask for nothing else: no name, no birthday, no phone number.

Usage events. The app records simple usage events (for example, that a translation happened or the paywall was viewed). These events never contain content: not what you type, translate, or send. They are stored in our own database under your account ID and erased when you delete your account.

Content you submit. Text you enter for translation or decoding, and messages you send to the Anchor companion. This content is processed in real time to generate your response, and is not saved on our servers. If you extract text from a photo, the photo is sent for that single purpose and is not stored afterward. If you use voice input, your recording is sent to convert your speech to text for that single purpose and is not stored afterward.

Technical information. Device type, app version, and crash reports so we can keep the app stable. This does not identify you personally.

Local data. Your preferences, timer settings, and app configuration are stored only on your device.

What We Never Do

We never store your translations, decoded messages, or Anchor conversations on our servers.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information.

We never use your content to train AI models.

We have no ads, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

How Your Data Is Processed

Translations and Anchor responses are generated by a secure AI processing service over an encrypted connection. Your text is not retained after your response is delivered to you. Photos and voice recordings you submit are used for that single purpose and are not retained.

Third-Party Services

Account database (Supabase) stores your account and daily usage counters, protected by row-level security. https://supabase.com/privacy

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time in Settings by choosing Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, your email, your synced usage counts, and your usage events.

If you are in the EU or California, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@myadhdtranslator.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
