ADHD Translator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ADHD Translator Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the ADHD Translator app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

ADHD Translator is a communication and focus support tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for health or personal matters.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

Subscriptions

Some features require a Pro subscription ($8.99/month or $59.99/year). Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Some plans may offer a free trial. If you start a free trial, you are charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the Service, access it through automated means, attempt to reverse engineer it, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use it to build a competing product.

Your Content

You own the text you submit. You give us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the rights to whatever you submit.

AI-Generated Output

Translations and companion responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially in sensitive conversations. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Our Ownership

The app, its design, branding, and all related materials belong to ADHD Translator Inc. and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. All other rights are reserved.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes, but we are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive jury trials and class actions.

Apple

These Terms are between you and ADHD Translator Inc. only. Apple is not responsible for the Service, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the date above will be updated. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
